Chaves County, Roswell, N.M., rehired Cutwater Asset Management as investment manager for its $66.5 million permanent fund, pending final contact approval, said Steve Harris, county treasurer.
An RFP was issued in April because Cutwater's contract was due to expire June 30.
The new contract, if approved, would begin July 1.
