Norfolk County Retirement System, Canton, Mass., has reissued an RFP for an energy private equity manager to run about $15 million.
Wainwright Investment Counsel, investment consultant to the $770 million pension fund, is assisting with the search.
The original RFP was issued in January. A spokeswoman for the retirement system said the RFP is being reissued because the board wanted a larger selection of respondents.
The RFP is available on Wainwright's website. Proposals are due at 2 p.m. EDT on June 19. A selection date has not yet been determined.
Patrick LePage, assistant executive director of the pension fund, and Gus Aristizabal, director of research at Wainwright Investment Counsel, could not be reached by press time.
