Anchorage (Alaska) Police and Fire Retirement System committed $15 million to UBS Trumbull Property Income Fund, said Edward Jarvis, director.
The fund makes core income-oriented real estate investments and is managed by UBS Realty Advisors.
The allocation will be split between the $345 million pension fund’s fixed-income and real estate portfolios, which have target allocations of 27% and 12%, respectively.
