Maine Public Employees Retirement System, Augusta, committed up to $25 million to High Street Real Estate Fund V, managed by High Street Equity Advisors.
The $12.8 billion pension fund previously committed up to $25 million to High Street Real Estate Fund IV in June 2013.
The pension fund’s real estate target is 10%; the actual allocation as of Dec. 31 was 7.9%.
