Portland General Electric Co., Portland, Ore., hired Voya Retirement Services as record keeper of its 401(k) plan, said a notice on the plan’s website.
The company’s current record keeper is Aon Hewitt, and the transition will occur during the week of July 6, according to an announcement letter from Arleen Barnett, vice president of human resources, diversity and inclusion and administration.
A specific reason for the change was not given.
As of Dec. 31, 2013, the Portland General Electric Co. 401(k) Plan had $666 million in assets, according to its most recent Form 5500 filing.
Ms. Barnett did not return a phone call seeking further information by press time.
