Chicago Public School Teachers' Pension & Retirement Fund promoted Tiffany Reeves to deputy executive director and Angela Miller-May to director of investments, said a spokesman for the $10.9 billion pension fund.
Ms. Reeves' position is new; she will also continue as chief legal officer of the pension fund.
Ms. Miller-May replaces Carmen Heredia-Lopez, who was the pension fund's chief investment officer. Ms. Heredia-Lopez took over as director of investments at the $8.3 billion W.K. Kellogg Foundation, Battle Creek, Mich., on Dec. 1. In an organizational restructuring, the Chicago fund replaced the CIO position with the director of investments position, the spokesman said.
Ms. Miller-May was the pension fund's portfolio manager of alternative investments. Information on how the pension fund will fill that position was unavailable, the spokesman said.
