Norwich, Conn., is searching for record keepers for its $17 million 457 plan, said William R. Hathaway, city purchasing agent.
The city is issuing an RFP because it has been a “long time” since the services were put up for bid, Mr. Hathaway said, and the city is exploring all options. Current record keepers ICMA-RC and Voya Retirement Services are invited to rebid.
The RFP is available on Norwich’s website. Proposals are due at 2 p.m. EDT on June 9. Finalist interviews are tentatively scheduled for June 30, with a decision tentatively scheduled for July 8.
