Chua Boon Lee joined Mercer's investment consulting business in Singapore as a principal, ASEAN investment consulting.
The position is new, said a Hong Kong-based spokeswoman. Mr. Chua comes to Mercer from Singapore's $200 billion Central Provident Fund, where he served most recently as chief investment officer at the CPF board, said the spokeswoman. He was replaced by Lo Tak Wah, who was the deputy CEO.
A Mercer news release said Mr. Chua “will lead project teams across ASEAN” and serve as a “key relationship manager to Mercer clients in the region.” He'll report to Soon Kian Lee, Mercer's ASEAN business leader.
