May 15 is the deadline for registering to participate in Pensions & Investments' fourth annual Best Places to Work in Money Management.
Results will be published in the Dec. 14 issue of P&I. The issue also will contain profiles and photos of the organizations that make the list. Additional features will be available on our website.
Only the top-rated organizations will be named.
Rankings are based on responses to employer and employee surveys. Sixty percent of the ranking is based on responses to the employee survey; 40% is based on the employer survey results.
You can view sample surveys here.
The number of categories and organizations ranked will be determined once the survey results are tallied. Buck Consultants' global survey unit is P&I's partner on the project, and administers the surveys, crunches the numbers and ranks the participating organizations.
Participating organizations self-nominate through a registration process. The only prerequisite is having 20 or more U.S. employees.
The online registration form requires the name of the person who will complete the employer questionnaire. He or she must be able to answer questions on hiring, benefits and compensation practices.
Officials of organizations that need to register after May 15 may request an extension by contacting Nancy Webman, editor, at 312-649-5284 or [email protected].
