Urban Redevelopment Authority of Pittsburgh is seeking a plan administrator for its $12 million defined contribution plan, said an RFP on the authority's website.
The current administrator could not be learned by press time.
The authority is looking for an administrator to perform all administrative activities related to the plan. In addition, the chosen administrator is also expected to assist with selecting investment options and service providers; ensuring that fees and other expenses are reasonable and market-driven; disclosing investment and fee information to participants; and monitoring selected investment options and service providers, the RFP said.
The RFP can be obtained on the authority's website. Proposals are due at 9 a.m. EDT May 21. A selection date was not disclosed.
No further information could be learned by press time. David Thomas, a manager at the authority, could not be reached for comment.
