Ohio School Employees Retirement System, Columbus, committed $75 million to Lubert-Adler Real Estate Fund VII, a non-core real estate fund managed by Lubert-Adler Partners, spokesman Tim Barbour said in an e-mail.
The $12.5 billion pension fund previously committed up to $70 million to Lubert-Adler Real Estate Fund VI-B in March 2011.
