David Crawford was named director, institutional business at Nordea Asset Management.
Mr. Crawford said in an e-mail that he will work to strengthen local relationships, as the firm continues to build in the U.K. Further details were not available by press time, including whether it’s a new position.
The money manager, part of the Nordea Group, has €174 billion ($188.1 billion) in assets under management.
Mr. Crawford was previously a risk management analytics sales specialist and regional business manager for Benelux, the U.K. and Ireland at MSCI. A spokeswoman confirmed his departure. Details on any replacement were not available by press time.
