Mike Rogers joined Aon Hewitt as a partner and head of large clients in the firm's delegated consulting services team, a spokeswoman said.
The position is new.
Aon Hewitt's delegated consulting business in the U.K. has 72 clients, representing $13 billion of assets under management, the spokeswoman said.
“(Mr. Rogers') appointment is part of our strategy to continue this growth which includes ensuring our offering is attractive to large clients and to multinational companies,” said Andy Cox, CEO of Aon Hewitt's European retirement and investment business, and head of global investment, in a news release.
Mr. Rogers was previously a senior investment consultant at Towers Watson. A spokeswoman for the firm said no direct replacement has been confirmed.
