Fresno County (Calif.) Deferred Compensation Plan is searching for an investment consultant, said Gary E. Cornuelle, purchasing manager.
The $209 million 457 plan issued an RFP because current consultant Heintzberger Payne's contract is expiring; the firm is invited to rebid.
The chosen consultant will provide investment oversight and fiduciary oversight as well as monitor Nationwide Retirement Solutions, the current record keeper, and oversee future record-keeper RFPs. Nationwide's three-year contract began Jan. 1.
The RFP is available on the county's website. Proposals are due at 2 p.m. PDT on May 14. A timetable for a decision was not provided. Mr. Cornuelle had no further information.
