Mr. Davis will support client and business development efforts and report to Robert Vanden Assem, managing director, head of investment-grade fixed income.
Mr. Lin was a senior associate at Caltius Capital, where he was responsible for structuring senior and subordinated debt facilities, conducting extensive credit and valuation analyses, due diligence and deal execution.
Mr. Davis was a product manager within the fixed-income product management team at AllianceBernstein.
It could not be learned by press time if they were replaced. Alana Getz, spokeswoman for Caltius Capital, and Jonathan Friedman, spokesman for AllianceBernstein, could not be reached.
PineBridge managed about $72.9 billion in assets as of Dec. 31.
