Arizona Board of Regents, Phoenix, is searching for an investment consultant for the Arizona University System’s 401(a) optional retirement plan and voluntary 403(b) plan, said Mary Adelman, director for business and financial services for the board of regents.
The search is being conducted due to a requirement that services go out to bid every five years. Current consultant Mercer is invited to rebid. Mercer’s contract expires on May 31, and a hiring decision is anticipated before then.
The RFP is available on Arizona State University’s website.
ASU is one of the three universities that make up the Arizona University System.
The deadline for proposals is 3 p.m. MST April 30. The 403(b) plan has approximately $617 million in assets. The size of the 401(a) plan could not immediately be learned.
Officials in the purchasing department were not available for additional information.
