Worcester (Mass.) Retirement System is searching for a manager to run about $10 million in a direct middle-market buyout private equity fund, said an RFP on the website of Meketa Investment Group, investment consultant for the $717 million pension fund.
Only proposals from experienced managers of buyout funds will be considered. Funds of funds, co-investment funds and secondary funds will not be considered.
The RFP is available on Meketa’s website. Proposals are due at 3 p.m. EDT April 23. A hiring date was not disclosed.
