The hunt is on for 2015's Best Places to Work in Money Management.
Registration for Pensions & Investments' fourth annual ranking is open now through May 15.
Results will be published in the Dec. 14 issue of P&I and will include profiles and photos of the organizations that make the list.
Only the top-rated organizations will be named.
Rankings are based on responses to employer and employee surveys. The number of categories and firms will be determined once the survey results are tallied. Buck Consultants' global survey unit is P&I's partner on the project, and administers the surveys and mines the data.
Sixty percent of the ranking is based on responses to the employee survey; 40% is based on the employer survey results.
To participate, officials at money management organizations self-nominate through a registration process. The only prerequisite is having 20 or more U.S. employees.
Register at www.pionline.com/bptw2015. More information is available there, too, including sample employer and employee surveys and answers to frequently asked questions.
The registration process requires the name of the person who will complete the employer questionnaire. He or she must be able to answer questions on hiring, benefits and compensation practices.
