Mannik Dhillon was named head of product development and strategy at Victory Capital Management, said Caroline Churchill, chief marketing officer.
The position is new. Mr. Dhillon is responsible for partnering with Victory’s investment teams in the development of new investment offerings and strategies. He reports to David C. Brown, chairman and CEO of Victory Capital Management.
Mr. Dhillon was a managing director and head of manager research at Wilshire Associates. He was replaced by Robert Noe, a senior member within the manager research team, said Wilshire spokeswoman Kim Shepherd.
