Hamden (Conn.) Employees’ Retirement Plan is searching for a domestic small-cap core equity manager to run about $8 million, and domestic large-cap core equity and core or core-plus real estate managers to each run about $16 million.
Dahab Associates, investment consultant to the $160 million pension fund, is assisting with the search.
The real estate manager search is open to both open-end and closed-end funds but not to portfolios of publicly traded securities.
The RFPs are available on Dahab’s website. Small-cap manager proposals are due March 24; real estate, March 25; and large cap, March 26. All proposals are due at 5 p.m. EDT.
