Mr. Washkowiak serves as a member of its midcap equity investment team. His responsibilities include investment research as well as portfolio management.
Mr. Washkowiak was a founding principal of BW Capital Partners and a portfolio manager of its BW Opportunity Partners a hedge fund; he left Dec. 31.
BW Capital Partners outsourced investment management of the opportunity fund to Cloud Gate Capital, which will also focus on marketing to the institutional market, while BW will continue to market the fund to family offices and high-net-worth individuals, said Ryan Satterfield, BW Capital partner.
