Chicago Municipal Employees’ Employees’ Annuity & Benefit Fund is searching for a chief investment officer, said James Mohler, executive director.
The $5.1 billion pension fund, which has posted the job description on its website, is seeking a replacement for Michael Walsh, who became executive director of the $1.4 billion Chicago Laborers’ Annuity & Benefit Fund on Oct. 1.
No one has the title of interim CIO; Mr. Mohler said he and the staff are taking up the day-to-day responsibilities.
Application are due by 4:30 p.m. CST on Feb. 25. Mr. Mohler said he hopes to fill the position within a few months.
