Four investment consultants from Wilshire Associates resigned, said Julia Bonafede, president of Wilshire Consulting.
Three of them are joining Towers Watson, said two people familiar with the matter.
William G. Bensur Jr. left the company to spend time with his family and pursue further career options. Mike Dudkowski, Jim Neill and Michael Patalsky are leaving Wilshire to join Towers Watson, the two people said.
The four managing directors work out of Wilshire's Pittsburgh office. They are expected to leave the firm over the next three weeks, said Wilshire spokeswoman Kim Shepherd.
“Naturally, we are disappointed that they're leaving the firm, but we wish them well,” Ms. Bonafede said in a statement e-mailed to Pensions & Investments.
“We are confident that our clients will see a seamless transition in the coming weeks,” she added. “We also will continue to strategically grow our business and add expertise to our teams as appropriate.”
No further information on the new roles for Messrs. Dudkowski, Neill and Patalsky could be learned by press time. Towers Watson spokesman Ed Emerman declined to comment.
