San Luis Obispo County (Calif.) Pension Trust committed $30 million to American Strategic Value Realty Fund, a value-added, open-end real estate fund managed by American Realty Advisors, said Carl Nelson, executive secretary and chief investment officer.
The $1.2 billion pension fund has a current 8.8% allocation to real estate and 10% target.
