Trevor Greetham was named head of multiasset at Royal London Asset Management, a spokeswoman said.
The position is new, and Mr. Greetham will start in April. He will report to Piers Hillier, chief investment officer. Mr. Greetham will manage a team of multiasset specialists, and his appointment forms part of RLAM’s desire to broaden its investment expertise and strategies within the multiasset business, a news release said.
Mr. Greetham was asset allocation director at Fidelity Worldwide Investment, where he worked across a range of institutional and retail funds.
A spokeswoman for Fidelity confirmed Mr. Greetham’s departure and said the firm did not intend to seek a replacement.
