Washington County Public Schools, Hagerstown, Md., hired AXA Equitable, MetLife, PlanMember Services and Voya Retirement Services as record keepers of its $22 million 403(b) plan and rehired MetLife as record keeper of its $3 million 457 plan, said Regina Keller, supervisor of employee benefits.
The public schools issued an RFP in October because it wanted multiple record keepers; the 403(b) plan’s incumbent, Great-West Retirement Services (now Empower Retirement), did not rebid, Ms. Keller said.
