Ohio School Employees Retirement System, Columbus, is searching for an active domestic small-cap equity manager to run $125 million and an active emerging markets equity manager to run $100 million.
The $12.5 billion pension fund is conducting the search for managers to complement existing managers. The funding sources have yet to be determined, said Tim Barbour, spokesman.
The small-cap RFP and the emerging markets RFP are available on the pension fund’s website. Both proposals are due at 3 p.m. EST on Feb. 4. Selections are tentatively scheduled for the pension fund’s March 25 investment committee meeting.
