Jefferson County Public School District, Golden, Colo., is searching for an investment consultant for its $115 million 403(b) plan, said Betty Standley, purchasing director for the school district.
The search is being conducted due to the pending contract expiration of incumbent consultant Innovest Portfolio Solutions. Innovest is invited to rebid, Ms. Standley said.
The plan has 21 investment options and Empower Retirement is the record keeper.
The RFP is available on the Rocky Mountain E-Purchasing System website. Registration is required.
Proposals are due by 4 p.m. MST on Jan. 30. Finalist interviews are tentatively scheduled for April 23, and a hiring decision is expected by May with a contract start date of Sept. 1.
An official in the school district’s human resources department could not be reached for additional information by press time.
