Ken Sarafa was named senior vice president and head of U.S. institutional sales and relationship management at Voya Investment Management, spokesman Christopher Breslin said.
The position is new. Mr. Sarafa will oversee the U.S. sales team for Voya Investment Management's institutional business. He will continue to report to Bas NieuweWeme, managing director and head of institutional distribution for Voya IM.
Mr. Sarafa was head of institutional sales for corporates, endowments and foundations in the central region at Voya. He will continue to oversee these responsibilities in his new role.
