Kohler Co., Kohler, Wis., is adding three passive investment options managed by Vanguard Group and an active domestic large-cap value equity collective trust managed by American Beacon Advisors to the investment options lineup of its 401(k) plan.
The options will be added at 4 p.m. EST on Jan. 5 and are being added to “simplify the plan’s investment lineup and reduce fees for participants,” a newsletter posted on the 401(k) plan’s website said.
The Guggenheim Mid Cap Value Fund, managed by Guggenheim Investments, and the Voya MidCap Opportunities Fund, managed by Voya Investment Management, are being removed and participants in both funds will be mapped to the Vanguard Mid-Cap Index Fund.
Also being removed is the MainStay ICAP Select Equity Fund, managed by MainStay Investments, which is being mapped to the American Beacon Bridgeway Large Cap Value Fund collective trust.
The changes give the plan a total of 13 investment options.
As of Dec. 31, the Kohler Co. 401(k) Savings Plan had $228 million in assets, according to the company’s most recent Form 5500 filiing.
