Erie, Pa., is searching for a developed markets international equities manager to run approximately $28 million and an emerging markets equity manager to run approximately $9 million for the city’s four pension funds.
It is expected one manager will be hired for each mandate, said the RFPs on the website of Dahab Associates, investment consultant to the city's $230 million pension funds.
Proposals for both searches are due at 5 p.m. EST Jan. 22. Selection dates have not yet been determined.
William Dahab, principal and director of research at Dahab Associates, declined to disclose additional details on the mandates or the funding source. City Controller Teresa Stankiewicz couldn’t be reached by press time.
