Norbert Fullerton was named partner at Mercer, said spokeswoman Mags Andersen.
It is a new position, and Mr. Fullerton is based in London. He focuses on advice to U.K. pension funds and reports to David Fogarty, senior partner and European head of Mercer's financial strategies group.
Mr. Fullerton was previously director, pension services at Russell Investments. Emma Collins, Russell spokeswoman, did not return a phone call by press time.
