University of Arkansas System, Fayetteville, is searching for an investment consultant for its $3.7 billion 403(b) plan.
The system is seeking a firm to provide investment services, investment policy statement support, plan design services, and at some point assist in issuing an RFP for a record keeper, an RFP posted on the system’s procurement website said.
Fidelity Investments and TIAA-CREF are the plan’s record keepers. Information on a current consultant could not be learned by press time.
Proposals are due at 2:30 p.m. CDT on Nov. 25. Finalist presentations are scheduled for Dec. 15. A timetable for a decision was not provided.
The RFP is available on the university’s procurement website.
