Peter Chambers joined Casey, Quirk & Associates as a senior adviser for Europe, said a spokesman for the management consultant.
It is a new position, and Mr. Chambers is based in London.
Mr. Chambers reports to Yariv Itah, managing partner at Casey Quirk.
“Europe’s investment managers are turning a corner and refocusing on growth,” Mr. Itah said in a news release. “(Mr. Chambers's) appointment as senior adviser in Europe underlines our rapid expansion in this key market.”
Mr. Chambers has been serving in various roles in the investment management industry as consultant, non-executive director and board member, the spokesman said. He was previously CEO at Legal & General Investment Management, a role he left in 2010.
