Hermes Investment Management announced several changes to the firm, including that it has closed its Hermes BPK Partners hedge fund-of-funds division, spokeswoman Melanie Bradley said in an e-mail.
The firm also announced the formation of a new multiasset team, which will be led by Tommaso Mancuso. The new team will also launch a new multiasset fund. Ms. Bradley did not provide further information.
The company also announced the creation of four new senior investment positions:
- Chris Taylor was named head of private markets, joined the firm's executive committee and will retain his current responsibilities as CEO of Hermes Real Estate.
- Andrew Parry was named head of equities and will retain his current responsibilities as CEO of Hermes Sourcecap, the firm's European equities team;
- Zoe Shaw was named head of fixed income and was previously a managing director at fixed-income money manager Promethion; and
- Leon Kamhi was named head of responsibility and will retain his current responsibilities as head of engagement in Hermes Equity Ownership Services;
The company also announced the formation of the Hermes Greater China team in Singapore, led by co-heads of Asia Mike Curry and Richard Williams.
