San Diego County Water Authority is searching for an investment consultant for its 457 and 401(a) plans, said an RFP on the water authority’s purchasing website.
The 457 and 401(a) plans have approximately $29.4 million and $6.8 million in assets, respectively.
The reason for the search, along with whether there is an incumbent consultant, could not be learned by press time.
TIAA-CREF is the plans’ third-party administrator.
The RFP is available on the purchasing website. Registration is required.
The deadline for proposals is 4 p.m. PST on Nov. 25. Interviews are tentatively scheduled for Dec. 8 and 9, and a hiring decision is anticipated on Dec. 15.
