Deutsche Asset & Wealth Management closed its DB Secondary Opportunities Fund III at its $1.66 billion hard cap, spokesman Nick Bone said.
The private equity fund is concentrated in the global secondary market and includes as investors both new and existing clients for the third fund, including family offices, public and corporate pension funds, and foundations and endowments.
Investors include the $16 billion Kentucky Retirement Systems, Frankfort, and the $927 million St. Louis Public School Retirement System.
Mr. Bone would not name any other investors.
