Haverhill (Mass.) Retirement System is searching for a high-yield fixed-income manager to run up to $7 million.
Both commingled and separate accounts will be considered, said an RFP on the website of Wainwright Investment Counsel, investment consultant to the $170 million pension fund. Proposals are due by 2 p.m. EDT on Oct. 27.
