El Paso (Texas) Housing Authority is searching for a firm to provide record-keeping, administrative and investment services for its 401(a) plan and 457(b) plan, said Satish Bhaskar, chief financial officer and a plan trustee.
The plans have combined about $20 million in assets. Incumbent ICMA-RC is invited to rebid.
The search is being conducted due to a requirement that services go out to bid every five years.
The RFP is available on the National Association of Housing and Redevelopment’s website. Registration is required. Proposals are due Nov. 28.
A hiring decision is expected in January.
