Alameda County Employees' Retirement Association, Oakland, Calif., hired Lighthouse Investment Partners to run a $100 million hedge fund-of-funds portfolio, said recently released investment committee minutes.
The $6.8 billion pension fund voted at its Sept. 10 investment committee meeting to approve investing in a customized separate account “fund of one.”
Investment consultant Strategic Investment Solutions assisted.
