David Stubbs joined J.P. Morgan Asset Management as global market strategist, said a spokeswoman for the firm.
The role is new and bolsters the manager’s London-based market insights team. He is responsible for delivering market and economic insights to financial advisers and institutional investors, with a focus on the U.K. and Europe, and reports to Stephanie Flanders, chief market strategist for the U.K. and Europe.
Mr. Stubbs was previously a senior macro specialist at MRB Partners in New York. Spokesmen did not respond to a request for comment by press time.
