Steven Rust, a director on BlackRock’s global consultant relations team, was appointed the team’s head for Asia ex-Japan, a BlackRock spokeswoman said Wednesday.
Mr. Rust relocated to Hong Kong from London to replace Patrick O’Donnell, who in February became head of BlackRock’s Singapore-based institutional client business team.
The BlackRock spokeswoman couldn’t immediately say whether the position Mr. Rust held in London will be filled.
