Western New Mexico University Foundation, Silver City, is searching for an investment consultant, said an RFP posted on the foundation’s website.
It was not known by press time whether the $6.9 million foundation has a consultant and, if so, whether the incumbent may rebid.
The RFP is available from the university’s website.
The deadline for proposals is Oct. 15. Finalist presentations are tentatively scheduled for Nov. 3-7 with a hiring decision expected on Nov. 14.
The foundation has a long-term asset allocation of 37% equities; 36% fixed income; 12% each in real assets and alternatives and 3% cash equivalents.
