Henriette Bergh joined Schroders as head of Europe product and manager solutions, ex-U.K., a spokeswoman said.
The position is new. Ms. Bergh reports to Nico Marais, head of multiasset investments and portfolio solutions, and Justin Simler, global head of product management for multiasset.
Ms. Bergh is responsible for Schroders' multiasset product management and strategy in Europe, creating and implementing strategies, managing the product range and consultant ratings, product development and client support.
She was previously head of sales for private wealth management for Europe, the Middle East and Africa at Morgan Stanley & Co. International.
