Robert Gourlay was named managing director and head of European business development at fixed-income alternative investment specialist Advent Capital Management.
The position is new; Mr. Gourlay is based in Advent’s London office, said Alexandra Gambale, a company spokeswoman.
Mr. Gourlay was head of business development for 10 years at London-based alternative investment manager RWC Partners. Information about his replacement there could not be learned by press time.
