Trover Solutions Inc., Louisville, Ky., hired Standard Insurance Co. as record keeper of its 401(k) plan, a letter to plan participants said.
The previous record keeper was PNC Institutional Investments. The reason for the change was not provided.
As of Dec. 31, the Trover Solutions Inc. Retirement Savings Plan had $47 million in assets, according to the company’s most recent Form 5500 filing. The plan has 23 investment options.
