Nestle USA Inc., Solon, Ohio, added a self-directed brokerage window provided by TD Ameritrade to its 401(k) savings plan lineup, said a notice to plan participants.
The previous provider was State Street Global Markets and the change was due to “SSgM’s decision to exit the self-directed 401(k) brokerage business,” the notice said.
As of Sept. 30, 2013, the 401(k) plan had $3.4 billion in assets, according to Pensions & Investments data. The plan had 14 investment options and a target-date fund lineup managed by J.P. Morgan Asset Management.
Voya Financial is the plan’s record keeper.
