Ed Oprindick and Paul DiSandro joined real estate firm Ten Capital Management to lead the firm’s acquisitions and dispositions team, said Benjamin Adams, Ten Capital’s CEO and founder, in an e-mail.
Mr. Oprindick is an executive vice president and managing director, and Mr. DiSandro is a senior vice president at Ten Capital. Both are new positions.
Until June of this year, Mr. Oprindick was a partner and portfolio manager and Mr. DiSandro was an executive vice president at real estate money management firm Hunt Investment Management. Hunt Investment spokeswoman Brenda Christman could not be reached by press time.
