Andrew Allsopp and Stavros Elia joined Russell Investments' London office as portfolio managers on its EMEA implementation services team, spokeswoman Emma Collins said.
Both are new positions and represent an expansion of the team, Ms. Collins said. They report to Rob Bishop, head of implementation services, Europe, the Middle East and Africa.
Mr. Allsopp was previously associate director at Record Currency Management, where he was responsible for absolute-return and hedging strategies. Spokesman Nick Denton did not return a phone call seeking information by press time.
Mr. Elia was previously at Legal & General Investment Management with their transition management team. LGIM spokesman Steve Leach could not provide further information by press time.
