Michael Ramsey was appointed CEO at The Pensions Trust, Leeds, England, said a spokeswoman for the trust.
Mr. Ramsey had been interim CEO at the £5.7 billion ($9.4 billion) multiemployer pension fund since April. He replaced Stephen Nichols, who resigned in March.
Effective immediately, Mr. Ramsey is responsible for leading the fund and acts as the main link between the trustee board and the senior management group. He is also tasked with formulating the trust’s investment and business strategy.
